Research
Marissa King is a PhD candidate in sociology. Her previous work examines the intersection of social movements and organizational behavior. Marissa became interested in public health research during her NFS interdisciplinary fellowship in International Development and Globalization. Her dissertation looks at the role of diagnosis, diffusion, and substitution in the autism epidemic. She received her BA from Reed College.
