Research
Ayako Kondo is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics. Her research interests are in the area of labor economics, with a focus on the long-run consequences of aggregate shocks on each workerÂ's career. Ayako's current research analyzes how a recession affects young peopleÂ's future employment and wages.
