Francesco Zirpoli is Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Salerno, Italy and is visiting COI within the Fulbright Program 2007-2008. He gained his M.Phil. and PhD in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, U.K, and his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Naples, Italy. His research focuses on innovation management, technology and organization, strategic organization design, innovation networks and design outsourcing strategy.
